In theory, yes. But in practice, at least here in Eastern Europe, there is such a shortage of doctors that even if they became three times more productive, there wouldn't be any meaningful changes in demand. For example, I haven't had a personal doctor for the past five years because they don't have any free capacity. Last month, I called the doctor twice because my child was sick, and they told me I shouldn't call them so often. So I think we're a long way from that happening.

West doesn't lose anything? I don't even know where to begin.

Just a few things: 1. Europe have a problem with resources and Ukraine has extremely rich and complementary mineral resources in high concentrations and close proximity to each other. The country has abundant reserves of coal, iron ore, natural gas, manganese, salt, oil, graphite, sulfur, kaolin, titanium, nickel, magnesium, timber, and mercury.

2. Europe geopolitics – when Ukraine lose, will Putin focus just move on to Moldova and then Serbia and Georgia. And as citizen of small European country I'm afraid that he will soon get copycats because we are back to allowing to redefining borders.

Do you really believe that the US is against Nord Stream 2 because some morals stand? Trump tried to remove all of the Russian sanctions that are herding the US economy. The day that US will get more from Russia than Poland the US troops will be gone.

What about ICOs didn't they some kind of seed funding?

No, they're a way to part fools from their money.

ICOs are a more recent phenomenon and I don't think the volume of ICOs (though high) can account for the drop over 3 years.

Were there any legit icos?

there are some. checkout https://coinlist.co/
