I see webpages sometimes that make these mistakes, and once or twice I ever got burned by it - like when I missed a very important "Point 0" from some IRC channel's FAQ. This Point 0 was so important for channel mods, that they put it directly above the page headline, and I honestly didn't perceive it was there until I reread the page for the third time.
