Try that with me, 1, 50 or 1000 times (preferably the latter) but you will not be able to fool me. White (regardless the color) is so different from red it's like in another dimension.



You should give it a try and report back!

I don't even know much about wines but it seems hard to imagine I'd confuse a white wine for a red one. But then again I saw an experiment with people tasting jello without any food coloring. People couldn't tell strawberry from lime from grape or anything else. Perhaps not a totally accurate comparison but I do think we see a certain color and our brain starts preparing our other senses for the experience.
